By using this website or buying a product from Runway Assets, you agree to these terms.

2. What you are buying

Products are digital files delivered by download. Nothing is shipped. Descriptions on the product page explain what is included.

3. License

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non exclusive, non transferable license to use it for yourself. The Tech Team Ops Template Bundle also permits use inside your own team or company. You may edit the files for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share the files or their contents publicly, or use them to create competing products.

4. Not professional advice

Products are educational and informational. They are not legal, tax, financial, accounting, employment, or medical advice, and no professional relationship is created. Laws, benefits, and rules vary by location and change over time. Consult a qualified professional before making important decisions, such as signing a separation agreement or choosing health coverage. Example numbers in spreadsheets are illustrations only.

5. No guarantees

We do not guarantee any particular result, such as getting a job, a higher salary, or clients. Products are provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Runway Assets is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss beyond the amount you paid for the product.

7. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by a third party. Refunds are described in the refund policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content, designs, and files remain our property or that of our licensors. Trademarks belong to their owners. Use of a company name in a template is only an example.

9. Website use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to access private areas, or interfere with its operation.
