Runway Assets ("we", "us") sells digital products through this website. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible.

Information we collect

  • Contact form. Your name, email address, topic, and message, so we can reply. If the form is not enabled, your email app is used instead and we receive whatever you send.
  • Purchases. Payments are handled by a third party payment processor. They collect your payment details, name, email, and billing information. We receive order details such as your email address, product, and amount. We never see or store full card numbers.
  • Analytics (optional). If analytics is enabled on this site and you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and general usage. It may set cookies and collect your approximate location, device, and browser information. IP addresses are anonymized. If you decline, analytics does not load.
  • Technical logs. Our web host may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and reliability.

How we use information

  • To deliver products and provide support.
  • To process refunds and keep records required for taxes and accounting.
  • To understand which pages are useful and improve the site (only with your consent for analytics).
  • To protect the site from abuse and fraud.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising profiles.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business: our web host, payment processor, email provider, form provider, and analytics provider (if enabled). They may process data only to provide their services and under their own privacy terms.

Cookies and your choices

This site itself sets no advertising cookies. If analytics is enabled, you will see a banner where you can accept or decline. You can change your choice at any time using the Privacy choices button in the footer, and you can clear cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep information

Support messages are kept as long as needed to resolve your request and for a reasonable period afterward. Order and tax records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, use our contact form. We will respond within the time required by law.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. We do not put secrets or passwords in the website code. Payment pages are hosted by the payment processor. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
